They serve up sweet dishes, like their Graham Cracker Crusted French Toast with lingonberry mascarpone, fresh berries, and vanilla butter, and savory dishes, like their Smoked Salmon Benedict. If you’re looking to indulge, add on a bottomless Mimosa or Bloody Mary. Visit them on Saturdays from 11am-3pm or Sundays from 10am-2:30pm in the heart of LoDo.

The Universal

The Universal is open for brunch every day of the week, making it a convenient option on a weekend or even on a weekday off. For brunch options, they have all the classic dishes you’d imagine as well as more unique choices, like their signature Cornbread Rancheros. They can get busy and don’t take reservations, so make sure to plan accordingly. Join them from 7am-2:30pm for a delicious brunch.

They also have Crab Benedict and Ham & Grits plates that are popular among patrons. Make sure to pair with a great brunch drink, like their Breakfast Pimm’s Cup or a classic Bloody Mary. Enjoy their “family-to-table” style dining in their dining room or out on their Larimer Street patio.
