Expenses incurred by buyers and sellers in transferring ownership of a property. Closing costs normally include anorigination fee, an attorney’s fee, taxes, escrow payments, and charges for Title insurance. Lenders or Realtors®provide estimates of Closing costs to prospective home buyers.
