PLEASE NOTE: Plant orders are a flat rate of $30………If the postage is less than $30, we ALWAYS refund the difference or we will add extra plants to the value of the difference.
Orders containing heavy or bulky items such as pots, trays or large quantities of accessories quite likely will incur a higher freight cost, if this is the case we will re invoice you before confirming your order.

All orders are send via Australia Post, Startrack, Fastway or Sendle, unless you contact us to arrange some other means.

If you would like Express Postage than please indicate so when placing your order. I will then get a quote and re invoice you with the correct postage price. We cannot work out the cost until we pack and weigh and cube the order before we can obtain a price for express postage as it is way to difficult to work out before we do this.
It is your responsibility as the customer to make the postage choice.

We now have our ICA-29 accreditation & definately send plants to WA or TAS.

* There is a fee of $15 for Western Australian & Tasmanian orders to cover freight supplement, quarantine treatment & documentation.

You can order from Rosella Orchids using the following methods:

    • Our online shop paying by credit card or paypal account.
    • Mail order.
    • At one of the Orchid Shows you’ll find us at throughout the year.
    • EBAY, certain special offers and everything that flowers is listed in our EBAY shop.

Please note: orders are sent out on a Mondays, Tuesday and Wednesdays.

Visiting the nursery is not always possible. If wanting to do so, you need to contact us well in advance to make an appointment. We may not always be available. Just turning up is not an option.

Please note in regards to postage

Our checkout will charge you $30 for postage. This is an average amount it normally costs to post an order however if it is less we will simply refund the over paid postage when we post your order or if you have paid via bank transfer we will simply add a plant to the value.

We are predominantly an online business however we do allow people to come to the nursery to purchase things via appointment only. Generally we only allow people to come Thursdays, and STRICTLY APPOINTMENT ONLY. IF WANTING TO COME YOU NEED TO EMAIL US… We are never open on a weekend.

PLEASE NOTE: We are currently in the process of transferring all contact methods to email. Unfortunately due to time restraints we are asking for emails only at this point going forward. That way we can better help you and not miss your messages/calls.
